Back to the Grind

ForScreenshot 2016-04-12 18.16.13 the last 10 days we’ve been on “vacation.” Not that kind of vacation where you book time off to escape, travel the world, or staycation tho…

We are lucky to work for companies that recognize that closing up shop (over the holidays) is important — and encouraging “employees” (bleh, so formal) to recharge, relax and reflect on the last year (and the year to come!) is super important!

For the last week-ish, we’ve been taking a break from our day-to-day, laughing with the fam, playing with our nieces, sleeping lots, playing a ton, and exploring the great outdoors! So fun!

Today tho… we woke up with excitement about going home & heading back to work. 🙋🏻 You know you had a great holiday when you’re itching to get back to the grind!

PS: If you’re currently suffering from Sunday night, back to work anxiety, I’VE BEEN THERE. I’m convinced it’s “normal” if you take time off and care a lot about what you do.  Take a deep breath (or sixty four), pour yourself a cup of Saje Wellness’ Sleep Well tea and try to relax (reading, writing, reflection). If you must turn on the TV, then watch the new Sherlock episode (!).
